Initially, DMW created the Your Trust Matters campaign with three high-impact TV spots, billboard, digital, and radio ads. The campaign struck a nerve with consumers and the phones lit up, resulting in a record-setting number of new accounts — 5,000 in just 90 days. Plus, brand awareness increased by 188%!
TruMark tapped DMW again to support expansion into the Philly suburbs. Our award-winning Better campaign — with TV, outdoor, and print — positioned TruMark as a better alternative to banks, effectively supported product promotions, and helped drive in measurable sales.
And when TruMark wanted to attract new customers for their credit card and checking accounts, DMW’s Zombie concept breathed new life into their brand. We called out consumers for blindly choosing “zombie banking” with hidden fees, restrictions, and red tape. Billboards and bus wrappers scared up even more awareness and got southeastern PA talking!
