Josie joined the agency in 1992 and was quickly promoted through the financial ranks, rising to Vice President and CFO.
As DMW's Executive Vice President and CFO, Josie oversees the agency's financial strategic planning as well as managing the agency's operations, including Information Technology, Human Resources and Facilities Management. Additionally, she has implemented a new client reporting and support system that allows the agency to more efficiently manage its client relationships. Her hands-on management style has garnered support and respect from her colleagues and contacts at all levels.
