CYNDI SYRACUSE JOINS DMW DIRECT AS ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
PHILADELPHIA, PA. November 15, 2011 – DMW Direct, a leading direct response advertising agency, is pleased to announce the hiring of Cyndi Syracuse as Account Director.
Having served as a Senior Account Executive with the company earlier in her career, Cyndi returns with nearly 15 years of experience as a solutions-oriented direct marketer. She re-joins DMW Direct from the Buffalo, NY area, where she served most recently as Director of Direct Marketing at the SKM Group.
“Cyndi has a terrific track record of managing large, complex client campaigns, while at the same time retaining a customer-focused approach that generates outstanding results,” said Renee Mezzanotte, Executive Vice President, Client Services. “We look forward to having her back as an integral member of the DMW Direct account services team.”
While at the SKM Group, Cyndi spearheaded a large national insurance account. Her responsibilities spanned across a multitude of media channels and disciplines, including quarterly direct mail programs of over three million packages, marketing database design and launch, sales and field marketing collateral development, as well as email, website, and social media campaign integration.
Prior to joining SKM Group, Cyndi served as an Account Planner at Strand Advertising in Amherst, NY. She began her advertising agency career at Euro RSCG Devon Direct as a Senior Account Executive, working on accounts such as Network Solutions, eChemicals.com and UsBid.com.
