DMW DIRECT PROMOTES MICHAEL CORTEZ TO SENIOR CLIENT ACCOUNTANT

PHILADELPHIA, PA. January 13, 2012 – DMW Direct, a leading direct response advertising agency, is pleased to announce that Michael Cortez has been promoted to Senior Client Accountant.

Prior to joining DMW Direct in 2010, Michael served as a Senior Accountant at Oberthur Technologies, a world leader in smart card technologies, where he was responsible for maintaining treasury functions throughout all North American operations.

“During the past year, Mike has done outstanding work with the non-profit side of our business,” said Joan McWilliams, Controller at DMW Direct. “He has played an integral role in managing cash receipts, banking and management reporting, as well as helped to move the agency’s clients toward electronic payments. He continuously demonstrates his enthusiasm and desire to excel, and he has become a valued member of the DMW Direct team.”

Mike received B.S. degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Houston. From 1996-2006, he served as an Infantry Squad Leader in the United States Marine Corps.
