We say look at this micro site for Excellus. This media-rich landing page and microsite brought in a full 20% of their annual applications online. That’s 4X the national average. And 2.5X their prior year’s online marketing results. In fact, one in five enrollees came in online. It seems the question is less "Is online appropriate for boomers and seniors?" and more “Can your agency turn them on when they click through to your content?”
